1. Room was very dirty: dust on night stands, finger marks on the desk, stained carpet, the chair had white stains, the bedskirt was so dirty that I could not believe what I was seeing.

3. Broken and yellowed lamp shades, dirty lime deposits around the faucets, soiled/stained grout in bathroom and bathroom closet (weird layout), old blue tub had been painted and paint was chipped around the drain - dirty grout in tub.

7. Unbelievable)- Bathroom still had garbage in it- Tub not clean- Towels rough and one missing- stains on bed - Elevators extremely slow- No one offered to assist us with our bags- Parking confusing and also did not assist with bags- Most lightbulbs did not work.
