Here are my pros and cons:Pros- Great location, next to the river, within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile and Metro- Lounge was modern looking but not quite there- Hotel staff was very friendly- No hassle check-in/check-outCons- Closet located in the bathroom- Bathroom seems outdated compared to everything else- Toilet made a strange pumping noise after flushing- TV was not upgraded to flat panel, tube-styleEverything else was great.
