1. I know that sounds kind of crappy of me but I felt cramped with everyone checking in or out along with the bell men.

2. This was a great value considering the room was large for downtown chicago, very clean, updated when compared to similarly priced old historic hotels we looked at that were said to very cramped on space and a little dingy.

5. If you look at their website, the Hotel 71 looks a lot different than when you`re actually standing in the cramped, packed and noisy lobby waiting for someone to help you.
