3. Someone had come into our room, packed all our clothes in a crumbled mess, and touched our clean underware to place our things into another room with duck tape on the windows, and no tub or upgrades, and already had another family checked into our nicer room without our knowledge or permission.

4. We were so exhausted we turned out the lights so we couldn`t see any more of the mess, fell into bed and fell asleep.

5. The hotel proceeded to reprimand us and ask us to leave because we made too much noise trying to get back into our room even with the hotel staff next to us trying to help when they messed up in the first place.

6. Yes, the check-out procedure was a mess but with over 300 check-outs on Sunday, I thought the Hotel did a fantastic job overall.
