1. My only complaint is that room doors tend to slam shut.

8. My two complaints about the room are minor - it was not very well-lit (making it harder for four ladies to shower and get ready for a night on the town; when the bathroom was occupied, there wasn't a lot of other space to do hair/makeup) and the bathroom needs updating.

10. We called the desk a couple of times with noise complaints, so the next morning Jo (sp?), the hotel supervisor, pre-emptively acted on our concerns and moved us into another room.
