1. The reservations department managed to book us in the wrong hotel, then in the wrong suite and then in another unsatisfactory room that we made the best of to avoid any further contact with the snotty staff.

2. He reserved it, drew directions on a map that took me to the WRONG place to get the boat, we paid for and went on the boat that was there and had a great time, got to the restaurant at the time of our original reservation and had to wait.
