1. Many people complain about the size of the rooms, but for such a central place in Chicago, I think the room and bathroom sizes are just fine.

5. Now, I have always been taught don't complain when its free but seeing as I was willing to pay for the items and have them show up ON TIME as a surprise for my better half, I was sorely disappointed.

6. I then called corporate to complain and let them know about the situation the only thing corporate could tell me is that they had already credited my account and that they were sorry and it was clearly my mistake.
