1. Each morning there is complimentary tea, coffee etc in reception and there is always a member of staff on hand to answer a query / solve any issues.

5. As I have stated in other reviews, I am sensitive to noise issues at hotels- the walls at this hotel were paper thin, to the point where a person could hear drawers closing and hangers being hung.

7. The only issue was a Sunday afternoon when my wife went to get a coffee and the staff member was rude sending my wife to the bar for coffee, however, the bar was closed.

10. The only issue that may be a concern to some is the rooms and bathrooms are small, but for me it's not an issue.
