5. I would've given this boutique hotel 5 stars, except for the small bathroom, thin walls and also the lack of directions to the lobby (which is not on the ground floor, where one would expect it to be).

9. I would have rated this hotel a 5 but due to my lack of interest in the decor, smallish bathroom, and high prices in 312 I have rated it a 4; however, even these items were not, and would not be, deal breakers.
