2. Overall, I can handle a small room in a city, but the staff literally did not come through on anything they promised, and the uncomfortable bed made our stay rough (in case you're wondering our room was 1820 - maybe this is the only room with bed problems, I'm not sure).

5. The donwside is that the rooms have small bathrooms, the art deco chairs are very uncomfortable and they charge extra for internet.

6. The biggest negative was the uncomfortable bed, and since I was the only one with that problem, it appears that not all beds in this hotel were created equally.
