1. My room was tiny, with no real room to work, and the decor makes it look and feel dated and dirty.

My comments:* Great location in downtown Chicago* Beautiful lobby area with 5p open wine bar* Great service - super friendly* VERY pet friendly - lots of dogs (not a problem)* Room rather small (typical for center of Chicago) and very dated* Very nice bathroom - almost as roomy as the room itselfCheers.
