1. The walls appear to be made of paper; not only I heard every single word of my (frequently arguing) neighbors, I had hard time sleeping due to the noise of snoring, although I had my earplugs on.

5. Very confused on the reviews that others state the lobby is hard to find, REALLY??? you take the elevator to the left of the entrance and hit lobby in the elevator, not sure what the problem is.

7. You could hardly hear the el go by and we had a nice view of some of the buildings I had signed up as a kimpton in touch member (free) and my kids were able to raid the mini bar for $10 of free items.

9. For people who are in the hospitality business, the staff wasn't particularly hospitable (except for the cleaning staff, those folks work hard and don't get paid enough).
