The walls appear to be made of paper; not only I heard every single word of my (frequently arguing) neighbors, I had
hard
time sleeping due to the noise of snoring, although I had my earplugs on.

it was not a problem for us, but if you are overweight I think you would have a
hard

We were located near the elevator and groups getting off were not always quiet which made it
hard
to fall asleep.

hard
to find, REALLY??? you take the elevator to the left of the entrance and hit lobby in the elevator, not sure what the problem is.

The bathroom specifically was so small, as a man, I had a
hard
time figuring out where to put the few items I had.

You could
hard
ly hear the el go by and we had a nice view of some of the buildings I had signed up as a kimpton in touch member (free) and my kids were able to raid the mini bar for $10 of free items.

For people who are in the hospitality business, the staff wasn't particularly hospitable (except for the cleaning staff, those folks work
hard
and don't get paid enough).

Clearly, this is an old hotel and they're trying
hard
to hide the shabbiness of the rooms but not quite doing enough.
