1. Our room had a view of the street (431) but the other gals unfortunately had a bad view of an alley with barb wire(403)? Even though our room was near the elevator (431), we did not get disturbed by any noise from people coming or going.

3. Upon speaking with the evening manager we were told that unfortunately this wasn't the first time the bar staff had behaved this way and he apologized.

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, they quickly took action and moved two of us into queen size rooms for that night - unfortunately two of our party still had to stay in the room which had been booked, which I have to say is incredibly tiny and we could not imagine having had to stay in this room for the length of our stay.

7. The room had a wardrobe but unfortunately a foot below the hanging rail was the safe, preventing you from being able to hang anything longer than a childs t-shirt in the wardrobe.

The Hotel staff are very pleasent - only we didnt really stay in the hotel to appreciate it, and its facilities Juniors you just have to eat their - walk through the Marriots and Juniors is the other side and dont forget to eat their cheese cake its to die for - and unfortunately or fortunately we found Restraunt Street or Avenue - it full of all nationalities 2 blocks from the Paramount.

9. if they are they always greet and help you with a smile :)There's usually no smiles from front desk unfortunately- they always give me the impression that they've process reservations ones too many times and have turned into some automated machine.

10. unfortunately no freebies (Wi-Fi, breakfast) but there are two computers in the lobby that will do the trick (or walk up to Starbucks/McDs nearby).
