2. This seemed to be routine - everybody we spoke to had an awful room on the first night and this was changed to a bigger room on the second night.

9. As for the room, cleaned everyday, Few problems with the heating, and the walls a very thin (if you catch my drift) restaurant was awful (service was very bad) Over all we would welcome a return to the hotel, location is excellent as with the staff.
