1. What I found really annoying was the lack of horizontal surfaces: one small bedstand, no desk, no table, no real space to put anything on.

2. Had a King bed room and it was lacking in surface space - there was plenty of room for a desk or dresser of some kind but instead it was just a void space forcing us to put our things on the floor.

7. The hotel, did however have wonderful customer service--we were credited for our first night because of the lack of heat, given two complimentary breakfast buffet coupons, and given a coupon for free wifi in our room.

The hotel was clean and generally well presented and had a 'Boutique' style appearance to the reception area although didn't get the significance of the huge 'Top Cat' cartoon character paintings on the walls? The biggest disappointment of the hotel was the very small bedrooms and the ridiculous lack of cupboard / drawer / wardrobe availability.

9. The only clue to its age is the lack of outlets in the room for recharging today's iPhones, iPads, etc.
