1. The Hotel location is very good being just off Time Square and ideal for the half price Ticket Booth, Tour buses, Hard rock Cafe the Empire State Building,Macys and rockerfeller Centre are all within easy walking distance.

2. do the Hop on Hop off bus tour but don't buy tikts from the official street vendors that wait at the stops for attractions such as Empire State & Top of the rock.

3. My tips for places not to miss are Top of the rock, the high line, staten island ferry, Brooklyn bridge, central park on a Sunday to see the roller skate disco and a row around the lake, there is so much to do for free.
