1. The Concierge was extremely helpful, managed to get us clear directions to Coney Island without getting lost and arranged for hard to get dinner reservations.

4. If i have a concern it was the size of the rooms, the double room we had was very small hardly enough room to swing a cat in, but this is New York, double the size of the room, double the size of the cost of the room.
