5. In the morning the hotel cleaning staff was so loud laughing that the four of us were all awaken ( at 7 am mind you after getting all of 3 hours sleep from the idiots in the adjacent room.

10. 2 criticisms I would have is that the heating was VERY loud and woke us both up a few times each night of our 7 night stay and when I told the front desk I was told that's just how it is and that was that.
