1. can you imagine? However, he did not make me feel stupid, but rather assured me that it was not an issue (asked for my ID and to confirm my room number); which I loved because I felt secure that random people could not obtain a key.

6. I went down to the front desk to discuss the issue and was essentially told with the worst attitude by the check in person that they can't go pounding on everyone's door to see who the culprit was and that we essentially needed to just deal with it.

7. For people booking the Paramount's most expensive rooms these issues may not be a problem.

8. The issue of storage was more of an issue for them because they had less storage for 4 people than my wife and I had in a room for two.

The issues in the other room ranged from too small beds (2 doubles promised) and a dreadful smell from the drains (resulting in a change of room and a free breakfast for the five of us - which we would not have considered otherwise because we felt it was very expensive for the buffet style it was).
