1. The A/C did not work, and it took engineering 2 hours to fix the problem.

2. I was told i had free WiFi but when i went to use it i couldn't get thier log in screen so i called the front dest and was transferred to an outside company that fixed the problem but it was 20 minutes or tech support and opening different windows and sitting on hold before we got it going.

5. I was greeted by a fine lady called Nathalie, I had problem with my reservation previous day (wrong date booked) the lady recognised me, remembered me was very helpful and checked me in hours before guaranteed time (3pm) one feels like they valuable and cared for.

6. For people booking the Paramount's most expensive rooms these issues may not be a problem.

7. Now onto the bathroom and heating which together caused the only problems/bugbears we had on our journey.

10. When we went down to complain there was a queue of at least 5-6 people with exactly the same problem - It seemed they used these ridiculously small rooms for the first night of everybody's stay.
