7. The sink was rusted, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, there was hardly room for one person in the bathroom, the toilet made noises all night and was old and dirty, the hot water in the sink didnt exist.

10. This place may be the nicest hotel in the world, and the people in the lobby lounge were trying hard to make things better for us, but the hotel desk staff is inept and have a lot to learn about treating people well.
