1. The rooms are somewhat small and somewhat dated, with old heat control in the room, making it hard to regulate the temperature but they are pretty clean.

5. For such a supposedly good hotel, i would have expected the concierge to keep up to date with service disruptions - it's not the difficult to check the MTA website from time to time.

7. The bathrooms are all up to date, but with tile floors you will not find in newer properties.
