5. I also stay in a ton of NYC hotel rooms, so it grates a bit when people complain about the size of 4 star rooms (it's Manhattan, get over it) and these were some of the smallest, but what they've done with the space (or failed to) is disappointing.

10. i complained to the desk, but their 'technician' said that it was steam going through the pipes and that it shld stop once the room reaches a certain temperature.
