4. The worst part is, after calling to complain they said that they knew that the hotel was booked for 2 weeks prior to our trip but failed to notify us of the overbooking and we were just broad sided when we showed up.

5. To make it worst, one of the walls in the shower was a window, we have to get the cristal fogged , so people in the other building don't see us naked.
