1. unfortunately, this has tainted our view of the Room Mate and we will find another hotel next time we are in the NYC area.

7. Quite unfortunately, the hotel's aesthetics were simply a facade given the horrendously poor customer service we received from a particular receptionist and the malfunctioning state of their facilities in general.
