1. not once did they reach out to correct or offer incentive for the awful experience, spanish was spoken between co-workers in front of us while we were trying to resolve issues at the front desk, the entire operation is out dated and really just sad to see that a hotel like this can even still exist.

2. All in, traditional hotel lobbies don't interest you, sleeping for 5 to 6 hours is enough for you, you are not one to sleep in the mornings, looking for a comfortable and clean hotel (not dark or dated), I think this hotel will work for you.

4. I would recomend the cosmo as well but after hotel grace that was a few dollars more, it seemed out dated and sluggish.

5. NOw this was a nice hotel, a tiny bit cheaper, and to compare this hotel, gave us only a complimentary breakfast becasue we booked at a certian time and got breakfast as a special extra, and for breakfast you could choose tea ( tea bag in tiny cup) OR orange juice or coffee), it was nice but the hotel was dated, room bigger but no where near as cosy or stylish and a mean breakfast choice.

6. We booked our room on their website, and after much fussing around to get the best dates, we landed on a deal of $153/night ex tax.
