1. The beds were really good though and we did not have any issue with noise from the outside as we were in a room in the back.

3. not once did they reach out to correct or offer incentive for the awful experience, spanish was spoken between co-workers in front of us while we were trying to resolve issues at the front desk, the entire operation is out dated and really just sad to see that a hotel like this can even still exist.

7. Shower opens to room, which can lead to privacy issues; club goers outside hotel at night can be a bit obnoxious; noisy club/pool area the lobby.

8. Staff completely professional and friendly, absolutely no issues -- didn't give it a 5 star because it's simply not a 5-star hotel, but I thought given the location and comfort, it's an excellent value for what it is and you'll not likely be disappointed.

9. It's a lively scene -- I didn't hear a peep of noise in my room on the 8th floor, but maybe it's an issue if you're on a lower floor.
