1. Didn't need much 'service' but the technician responded quickly to a problem with the wifi.

4. It is true that there is quite a lot of commotion going on on the weekends (not my kind of crowd I must admit) and it can get loud in the lobby, however, our room was on the fifth floor and we had no noise problem whatsoever.
