1. We were woken at night but noisy guests in an adjacent room but the front desk staff noted and made a complaint to them.

2. My only complaint was that the neighboring building was having extensive renovations done while we were there and we were woke up at 6 am to the sound of machinery and jack hammers.

Primary complaints are related to trouble getting a good night sleep due to the refrigerator door not having a tight seal resulting in the light going on and off throughout the night, the lower floor room having a lot of street noise, and a strange turn signal-like sound coming from either the door or something above the door.

8. The only 2 complaints we had were 1) the lighting, which was not great in the actual hotel room and getting ready and putting on make up in the bathroom was not an option until everyone was done showering and 2) the noise from the pool/club at night.
