2. The wear and tear is obvious and repairs and refurbishing are needed to clean up stains in particular.

3. The hotel itself looks modern on the outside but is showing signs of wear inside: tears in the hallway wallpaper, scuff marks and scratches on furniture in the room, etc.

7. From the looks, the hotel decor and carpet and bathroom tiles have not been updated in atleast couple of decades so there are lot of wear and tear.
