1. Value for money, I think you would be hard pushed to match, especially with the facilities available.

2. the sheets were not changed to an acceptable time frame either, it was hard to tell but im guessing they were changed twice in our 10 day stay, and that is being generous.

3. At $10 minimum, it was hardly worth printing the boarding pass there.

4. The hotel is advertised as having tea and coffee making machines but there are none in the rooms; on further investigation, you can request a tea/coffee maker but then you have to keep ringing room service for sachets of tea and coffee as they are not topped up by the cleaning staff on a daily basis, so it's all rather hard work for the customer and you are really made to feel that you are being a nuisance to the staff.
"Not a 4 Star Hotel by any stretch of the imagination! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/16/2011 Vote
5. Upon leaving, we were once again treated to the excellent attentions of staff who worked hard to arrange a vehicle large enough to take us to the airport, and once again moved all of our luggage without us even having to lift a bag.

6. Our room was cleaned to a high standard each day which made returning from a hard days sightseeing a pleasure.

7. However, because of the lack of attention to keeping the facilities and dining available to guests - without hassles - I'll seek somewhere else to invest my hard earned $$ next time I'm in NYC.

8. A bitter old woman (a club member) gave me such a hard time about using 'their' pool that I just packed up and came back to my room.

9. But, even if I was going back with business, I'd try very hard to stay somewhere else.

10. Perhaps this is the American way? The beds were fantastic, really comfy, which was great as after a hard days shopping and sightseeing it was sorely needed.
