The room had a small but nice walk-in closet and two very comfortable double beds, but we had to call about broken hinges on the desk cabinet and the guest chair had filthy looking/stained pillows You get the impression that no one does any quality control or inspections on the rooms whatsoever unless and until a guest calls to report it.

2. The bathroom in particular suffered from dirty and stained grout, scuffed/marked/peeling wallpaper, fingerprinted mirrors, a broken showerhead and broken bulb on the magnifying mirror.
