1. I saw a maid in the horribly outdated hallway (which trust me, gives you an early indication of how bad the rooms are) and asked to exchange the pillowcase to which I received a nonchalant agreement and no apology.
"This is not four star for tourists, this is a businessman's hotel. Stay here for one night, not 7. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/12/2012 Vote
2. TV reception was horrible, but I wasn't there to watch TV so I didn't care.

3. The shower was horrible, kind of like a camper hand held that you had to stick your head into the corner to try and wash your hair and the tub didn't drain properly.

4. The prices were horrible, and the room service trays left by other guests on my floor didn't make anything look good.
"Not horrible... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/20/2011 Vote
5. I know the review of the room makes the place sound practically awful, but it really isn't horrible.

7. This hotel from the internet looks a lot nicer then it really is, and rooms were fairly nice, but service and restaurant food were horrible.
"Horrible customer service and restaurant food " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2011 Vote
8. Whilst the lobby is smart, the rest of the hotel is horribly dated and smells vaguely of cigarettes.
"Not a 4 Star Hotel by any stretch of the imagination! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/16/2011 Vote
9. I am not going to lie and say that all of the furniture and fittings are new because they're not, but they don't give you that horrible 'dirty feeling' you get in some hotels, and the beds are simply to die for - I have never slept in a bed more comfortable than the ones here.
"would never dream of staying anywhere else in NYC :-) " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/10/2011 Vote
10. Con: air conditionner was making an horrible noise and leaking water on the carpet.
