1. We avoided him until the last day when I kindly asked if he wouldn't mind checking online to confirm that my flight was departing on time.

9. Generally the rooms were clean (thought the first room was a little tired in appearance) Room service was expensive so we avoided that (Fantastic Cafe 2 minutes round the corner called Johns Cafe) We used the pool, which is always a bonus in a city hotel.
