1. On my most recent stay the front desk clerk seemed offended and put out that I would be unhappy with a wet carpet and a foul-smelling room.

6. Calliing down to the desk got me a big metaphorical finger from Molasses Clerk: no apology, no nonsmoking rooms, no assistance, but the enticing chance to view another smoking room that might not smell smokey if I took the 7:50 Local back to the lobby.

10. A nightmare - The first room to which I was assigned had soiled furniture and carpets, a moldy smell permeated the closet, one light bulb on the desk was not working, a reading lamp listed to the left, no ethernet connector or instructions were available.
