1. The other problem is that the fitness is on the 27th floor and to get to it you have to take a specific elevator since there is no stair access - so you might end up waiting for a while.

5. Services is not so perfect, always some small problems: lamps, phone non functioning, no bathroom soaps, etc and if you want the minibar you have to rent it.

7. Since I always book 4* hotels and have never had a problem where I've stayed, I was really shocked to find that this one is certainly the worst of the lot, considering what I'd heard about American hotels.
