The other
problem
is that the fitness is on the 27th floor and to get to it you have to take a specific elevator since there is no stair access - so you might end up waiting for a while.

Since I always book 4* hotels and have never had a
problem
where I've stayed, I was really shocked to find that this one is certainly the worst of the lot, considering what I'd heard about American hotels.
"This is not four star for tourists, this is a businessman's hotel. Stay here for one night, not 7. "
