On the 5th day of our stay at the hotel our room became flooded due to the malfunctioning toilet, and once again they were
rude
, unresponsive and made us carry our own bags to a room, without having once said sorry of offered us any compensation.

I can accept that management leaves a letter in the room informing me that no room service is available because of Thanksgiving and that the hotel could not get hold of someone to attend to the problem with the heating because of the holiday, but I cannot accept all of the above nor can I accept
rude
staff.
