1. I also must add that the lounge is very dark, the games (much to the annoyance of my daughter) did not work in our suite (they are on the TV).

2. Having read previous reviews, I can understand people's annoyance at having rooms located right beside the elevators as noise definitely travelled within the hotel.

3. Only small annoyances I might mention are that there is no ice bucket in the room (no self-service ice machines or snack vending machines in the hotel) – so unless you wish to splurge each time for room service or the mini-bar (with maxi prices), you might consider grabbing munchies and beverages from the many nearby stores / cafes on your way back to your room.
