1. The only drawback to the room was that we could clearly hear the water running through the pipes whenever our neighbors turned on their sink/shower (no big deal for us - just wanted to let you know in case this is an issue for you).

4. The only negative thing I'd have to say is no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom's - although it was available 24hours in reception - not a big deal for me but it would have suited other members of our group.
