1. I have to start with what a difficult guest I can be due to my issue with noise, bad air systems and lack of amentities.

7. We did intend to go to the top but only made it as far as the lobby as due to the lack of toilet facilities in the lifts we declined to take the trip up to the observatory deck - one cant be too careful.

8. The hotel itself, is quiet, with a sophisticiated feel, and while the lack of restaurant facilities could be seen as a drawback, you don't stay in New York to eat at your hotel.

10. The room was incredibly quiet, the downside to that was the complete lack of view (looked out onto a well between other buildings, some with boarded up windows, couldn't see the sky).
