3. We didn't find any inconvenience with the renovations and it was great that they offered a free continental breakfast and free wine and cheese/crackers in the evening - unlikely to find this anywhere else in NYC.

7. They are currently doing construction on the lobby, but it was not inconvenient-- in fact, they were offering a complimentary continental breakfast and wine/cheese reception every night due to the construction.
