1. We had a problem with noisy neighbors very early in the morning, and after we called the front desk to complain they immediately took care of it.

4. One problem only with hotel is there is no service elevator and rooms near the elevators are quite noisy as the elevators are very busy, so light sleepers should request a room away from elevators.

7. My only minor complaint (and it seems to affect most New York hotels) is that the air conditioning was noisy which made it hot at night as it was too loud to have it on.

10. The mini bar/fridge was situated in a cupbaord next to the bed and it was noisy and as per a previous comment I've seen the shower was impossible to turn on without getting covered in cold water.
