5. Only complaint with the room was the shower seal - no matter how careful you were when showering we still ended up with a sopping wet bathroom floor.

9. My only minor complaint was that my A/C stopped working a couple of times, which sucked, since I was there the last week of July, during 98 degree weather, and 98% humidity, but it was fixed immediately.

10. My only minor complaint (and it seems to affect most New York hotels) is that the air conditioning was noisy which made it hot at night as it was too loud to have it on.
