1. We had a problem with noisy neighbors very early in the morning, and after we called the front desk to complain they immediately took care of it.

4. I complained three times to the front desk regarding the issue that the toilet wasn't working but to no avail - they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, not even apologised.

5. Grat location and you can walk to all the major attractions (that's froma coulple in their 50's) People have complained about the size of the room, they were fine, why would you stay in your hotel room anyway.

6. On the third morning, we had to complain again, the Front desk staff advised that we couldn't move rooms because the hotel was fully booked, I have wasted nearly an hour now, waiting for a hot shower.
