1. My colleagues were all staying in other rooms on different floors and they had the same problem - one of them asked to be moved to an empty part of the hotel.

3. It was very clean and the service it was very good, the only one problem can be the room's size, my room was very small, for me it was ok because I had to stay there only for one night but, to be honest if I had to be there more nights it can became a problem.
