1. Small negatives: the double beds were small (not queen beds), and my television did not work well (intermittently unresponsive to the remote even after they replaced the remote for me).

5. negatives: Noise at night like horns and trash trucks (but what do you expect for being in the middle of NYC); drapes that didn't fully block out sunlight; parking rates; dogs are allowed (saw several but didn't hear them at night).

7. Without coat this was risky during our stay (around New Year's Eve), with negative temperatures and killing wind chill in New York, and it felt a bit odd that staff did not want to open that door for us.
