3. Great central location, within walking distance to a ridiculous amount of amazing restaurants, but I have to say that the hotel's Madison and Vine restaurant has an fantastic menu, including the best black truffle and bacon macaroni and cheese I have ever eaten in my life.

4. We were told the hotel could organise a private cab for $140 - as the yellow cabs only costed $50 this seemed ridiculous.

5. The staff that we initially dealt with in trying to correct this was extremely rude and told us 'it was ridiculous for you to assume using the phone was free' and that 'at this hotel, we don't NEED you to stay here, we get enough business as it is.
