1. Since we don't spend much time in the room, we don't consider this to be a big negative.

2. The other negative is pretty much a deal-breaker for me, as a solo woman traveler: the lack of a doorman in the vicinity of the hotel entrance.

4. The only (minor) negative was that the evening turndown service always seemed to happen just as we had come back from a day's sightseeing and were relaxing in our room before going out for the evening, but this was a very small detail.

5. Only negatives for me: the heating fans are quite loud although they didn't keep me awake- and the pillows are too soft and squishy for my taste, but I think that is personal preference.

9. Only negatives was that my tv was not receiving all the cable channels that it was meant to (however I never mentioned this to staff) and the beds were a bit too soft.

10. However, the lounge offering breakfast, drinks, snacks, wine and appetizers was wonderful- cozy and inviting and this really helped make up for the negatives about the room.
