1. It's pretty loud during the night so you should bring ear plugs, if you're not a deep sleeper or you're jetlagged.

3. Only negatives for me: the heating fans are quite loud although they didn't keep me awake- and the pillows are too soft and squishy for my taste, but I think that is personal preference.

9. Noise wasn't a problem (but we were quite high up so I don't know about lower rooms) and we barely heard other guests on our floor (though there was loud music from the bar (on the 14th floor) one night.

10. It was 80*+ during our stay & the AC was crazy loud - in hindsight we should've talked to the front desk about it but we thought (& still beleive) that's just the way it was.
