1. The ice bucket in the Reading Room melted too quickly and we felt bad calling the Front Desk every time we wanted ice.

8. The continental breakfast was just right, and the breakfast/reading room was a really nice oasis, particularly as a place to bring a takeout lunch or dinner during bad weather or just when we needed a break.
